In this series of comedic advertisements, two Kiwi institutions — Gregg's and the Topp Twins — team up to sell instant coffee. Showcasing Lynda and Jools' range, the ads feature four sets of characters; the macho Ken & Ken, bumbling Camp Mother & Camp Leader, posh Prue & Dilly, and Westie girls Raylene & Brenda. In each short clip, a smoko break sets the scene for a vital conversation: as the slogan puts it, Gregg's is "helping Kiwis tell it like it is." By the time of these 2011 ads the twins had well and truly reached national treasure status, and had recently featured in hit documentary Untouchable Girls.
