Charlotte's Web

Television (Excerpts) – 2003

Charlotte's Web follows adoptee Charlotte Dawson on a quest to find her birth mother. The TV presenter returned to New Zealand from Sydney to host 2002 panel show How’s Life? Amidst a busy schedule of events and photo shoots, she catches up with the mother who brought her up, and gets investigative help from private investigator and author Julia Hartley Moore. In this excerpt from the documentary, Dawson tracks down her original birth certificate, and has a heartfelt moment discovering her birth mother's name for the  first time. The future Next Top Model host died in Sydney in February 2014.

I've got a new family on its way, that's how I feel. That big question mark's gone away now.
