TV personality Suzanne Paul heads to Vietnam and China — unusual destinations for someone who's a picky eater and hates creepy crawlies. After happily escaping the chaos of Vietnam's capital Hanoi, Paul peruses a local fish market on Cat Ba Island where tears flow as her lunch meets its end right in front of her. Paul then travels across the Vietnamese border to Chengyang, China, warding off spiders the size of dinner plates and heading up high into Longji's rice terraces. Paul spends her 50th birthday learning kung fu, before finishing her trip with a shopping spree in Hong Kong.
