Ben Boyce began mining sport for comedy while working as a radio copywriter. After transferring to television, Boyce and Jamie ‘Bill‘ Linehan piloted their sports comedy show Pulp Sport through three channels, and seven seasons. They also won two Qantas TV Awards for Best Comedy. Boyce went on to interview a range of celebrities for Wanna-Ben; in 2011 he made a court appearance after impersonating a pilot at Auckland Airport. He then teamed with fellow prankster Jono Pryor for multiple incarnations of Three comedy show Jono and Ben. The two also share radio time on channel The Edge.
