Dan Musgrove

Dan Musgrave donned 1970s style threads to star as charismatic ‘Mr Asia’ Marty Johnstone in Land of the Long Green Cloud, Aotearoa’s entry in the Underbelly TV franchise. Further criminal escapades followed as one of the robbers on  the long-running Westside, before Musgrove swapped sides to play high profile defence lawyer Greg King in 2020 TV movie Friend of the Friendless.The Blenheim-raised Toi Whakaari acting graduate has also worked as a writer — both for the screen (Creamerie) and the stage (No Holds Bard). In 2020 he co-created lockdown thriller INSiDE, which won an International Emmy for Best Short-Form Series.
