While filming travel series Intrepid Journeys, editor and camera operator Brendan Withy trekked the Himalayas, scaled Indonesian volcanoes and crossed Libyan deserts. The Bay of Plenty-born TV all-rounder began his career on Queer Nation and went on to Marcus Lush travel shows ICE and South. His editing credits include 2022 Topp Twins tribute concert Topp Class, and Stan Walker: Impossible Live.
Having got up at 5am to milk the cows and stacking hay bales till one am means that working hard, long hours was always normal for me.
