Northlander Edward Sampson's love for filmmaking began young — at age 12, he was shooting and editing his own short films. Sampson has gone on to produce and edit both shorts and feature films. He collaborated with director James Napier Robertson on short Two Cons (2005), and Robertson's first feature I'm Not Harry Jenson (2009), and edited Tim Tsiklauri's debut feature Crackheads (2012). Sampson's work on Tsiklauri's short Restoration earned him a Best Editor nomination at the 2015 Show Me Shorts Film Festival. In 2020, Sampson co-produced and co-edited Alex Galvin's horror movie The Turn of the Screw.
