Kylie Croft

Kylie Croft honed her logistics and people management skills while doing a Bachelor of Communication Studies at AUT. She joined Greenstone TV as an intern, working across non-scripted shows including The Zoo, Highway Patrol and The Tem Show. After travelling, she spent time in London working for a digital media agency. Croft returned to Greenstone to production manage and line produce shows like Coastwatch Australia and The Big Ward. In 2017 she became Greenstone's Head of Productions and Operations, juggling budgets and talent across departments. Croft also helped develop dramas Kid Sister and My Life is Murder.   

I quickly realised I had a passion for the logistical side of things — pulling all the threads together, making budgets and schedules work against all odds, and dealing with a huge variety of types of people, which is the absolute best thing about this industry.
