Matt Gibb first appeared on Kiwi television screens as a teenager, hosting kid's show Squirt alongside an animated penguin. He hosted after-school kid’s show Studio 2 Live for six years and was a producer/presenter for youth channel TVNZ U. Since then Gibb has become a familiar face: hosting the live Lotto draw, and filling in on Good Morning, Breakfast, and Seven Sharp. He fronted Spark campaign ‘Tech in a Sec’, then spent six years as a producer in Australia for the ABC. Since returning to New Zealand, Gibb has presented Country House Hunters, done time on MoreFM, and competed in the 2023 edition of Celebrity Treasure Island.
