Melissa Chan-Green travelled the world as a TV3 foreign correspondent for five years, covering the 2015 Paris terror attacks and Nelson Mandela's funeral. Chan-Green got her on-screen break back in 2004, on TVNZ morning show Breakfast. Three years later she moved to TV3, and in 2011 she became TV3's foreign correspondent based in London. Returning to Aotearoa in 2016, Chan-Green became a reporter and newsreader on 6pm news show Newshub, then a co-host of morning show AM.
