Producer Murray Francis has an expertise and passion for bringing large scale films to Aotearoa. After cutting his teeth in film production on Australian films in the 1980s, Francis carved out a niche as a line producer on international productions being shot in New Zealand, largely through his company Film Business. His credits include line producing Kiwi hit The World's Fastest Indian and family movie Mee-Shee: The Water Giant, and supervising the New Zealand shoot for prehistoric action/adventure 10,000 BC. Francis also develops his own screen projects through Propaganda, a subsidiary of Film Business.
