Charlotte Cleverley-Bisman made international headlines when at just seven months old, she had all of her limbs amputated after she got meningococcal disease. In the months that followed she endured hours of therapy and artificial limb fittings. In this documentary, Charlotte tries on her first set of artificial limbs, and her mother Pam Cleverley talks about how designing them is a collaborative process. Production company Greenstone Pictures would chart Charlotte's story in two further documentaries: Charlotte - A Life Without Limbs (2009) and Charlotte - My Story (2013).
