This cult late-night series revelled in Jackass-style stunts and in your face humour. Chris Stapp and Matt Heath first unveiled their alter egos of unstoppable stuntman Randy Cambell and loudmouth host Danny Parker on Auckland's Triangle Television. In 2001 the show was reborn in a mock live format on TV2. Crashes, fights and parodies of reality TV and sci-fi were regular fixtures. Although TVNZ did not rush to screen it, the first season played on MTV2 in Europe and Australia's Channel [V]. A second series followed on C4 in 2008. There was also a Hollywood special; 2007 movie The Devil Dared Me To took the stunts even higher.
