In this six-episode series Auckland chef, restauranteur and Master Chef NZ judge Simon Gault travels around Aotearoa and the Pacific to cook for a range of ordinary people living and working in varied environments. He prepares meals for hungry high country sheep shearers, police officers, teens at a Hawke's Bay boarding school, workers on the Maui gas field, and helps cater a wedding in Samoa. Gault utilises each location's staff and facilities, dipping into his "trusty bag of tricks" to impress with meals full of nutrition and flavour.
