With this high-energy road trip, sketch comedy trio Fricken Dangerous Bro — comprised of Pax Assadi, James Roque and Jamaine Ross — offered up their version of a Kiwi travel show. Each episode, the Aucklanders visit a different provincial town in Aotearoa, and perform for the locals. Their eight episode journey spans Kaitaia to Clyde, with six stops in-between. "I think there’s a reputation about small-town New Zealand that it’s, for whatever reason, not very inclusive," Roque told Stuff in 2021. "We wanted to disprove that." The show also includes comedy sketches, which range from political humour to pure silliness, or a mix of the two.
