Ginny Blackmore

Auckland-born singer-songwriter Ginny Blackmore is known for her raw, emotive pop and heartfelt lyrics. Kicking off in London as a songwriter for stars like Christina Aguilera and Adam Lambert, Blackmore soon chose to perform her own songs. After signing with Epic Records, she had a hit with her debut single 'Bones' in 2013; it topped the New Zealand charts and made it onto two US Billboard charts. In 2014 she teamed up with Stan Walker for the duet 'Holding You'. She released her debut album Over the Moon with Sony New Zealand in 2015, the same year she was a guest mentor on the local version of TV show The X Factor.
