On this video for Goodshirt's first single, director Joe Lonie uses one continuous shot — a tactic he'd repeat on the videos for 'Sophie' and 'Blowin' Dirt', two later Goodshirt hits. The concept is simple: band members Rodney and Murray Fisher, Gareth Thomas and Mike Beehre visit the bathroom in turn to perform mundane tasks like brushing their teeth, except liquids prove a problem — their world is literally upside down. An earlier video for the song from director Florian Habicht featured hula hoops, and the band up to their necks in sand. Green got to 12 on the Kiwi single charts, after success on student radio.
