This comical short film follows a self-confessed "therapy addict", who has an insatiable need to sit in on self-help meetings where people talk about their problems. Ewen (Jed Brophy, from movies Heavenly Creatures and Blue Moon) reveals his unusual tale to a talk show host (Ginette McDonald), saying he invented stories about phobias and alien encounters as a way to feel accepted. Group Therapy was invited to prestigious French short film festival Clermont-Ferrand. Writer/director Tessa Hoffe went on to direct episodes of BAFTA-nominated BBC series Rocket's Island.
