Comic thriller series INSiDE was made during Covid-19 lockdown. Filming took place inside director Peter Salmon and actor Morgana O'Reilly's Auckland house during level two. O'Reilly (Housebound, Mean Mums) plays Rose, an introverted germophobe whose job at a video chat app allows her to observe people's lives at a distance. But her actions dig up a trauma from her past. In 2021, INSiDE won an International Emmy for Best Short-Form Series. It was the only Australasian nominee across all the categories.
