Lucy Lawless (Xena: Warrior Princess) stars in this light-hearted crime drama as self-assured private investigator Alexa Crowe, who solves mysterious deaths with the help of her tech-savvy assistant Madison (Australian actor Ebony Vagulans). Each episode features a puzzling new crime for Alexa to investigate. Produced by Greenstone TV and Australian company CJZ, the first season was shot in Melbourne before production moved to Auckland for seasons two and three, following the Covid-19 pandemic. A who's who of Kiwi actors feature, including Martin Henderson, Robyn Malcolm, Danielle Cormack, and Rima Te Wiata.
