Scribe's funk-infused single 'Say It Again' came from his second album Rhyme Book, which won Best Urban/Hip Hop Album at the 2008 NZ Music Awards. The first, black and white section of the video pays homage to must-see 60s pop show C'Mon. Legendary host Peter Sinclair opens proceedings with his trademark patter ("lose your blues and get with the go-go!"). Then a suited Scribe and his cousin Tyra Hammond get down to it, with a backing band and go-go dancers. The video reverts to modern day stylings, but the joyous mood continues. Tyra Hammond was part of hip hop/soul/jazz group Opensouls.
It was like I got possessed by someone and this voice came out of nowhere, and these dance moves came out of nowhere. Before that my family used to tease me that I was like Mariah Carey because I could sing but couldn't dance...– Tyra Hammond on first 'finding the funk', The NZ Herald, 7 February 2008
