Website The Coconet TV offers a place for Pasifika audiences to connect with their heritage and cultures. Since 2016, Coconet TV's Tales of Time has explored stories of people and history from around the Pacific. Some of the tales take the form of articles, packed with photos; others are documentaries featuring taonga, interviews, and Pasifika history. Tales of Time was named Best Pasifika Series at the 2017 and 2018 NZ TV Awards. The show — and the Coconet TV website — are the brainchild of company Tikilounge Productions.
