This colourful six-part series pits 12-year-old Terry Teo, his clever sister Polly and big brother Ted against a gang of gunrunners. Having skateboarded down the wrong driveway, the unflappable Terry is captured by crime boss Ray Vegas (ex Goon Michael Bentine) and his idiot henchmen. The show takes its cues from the beloved comic by Stephen Ballantyne and Bob Kerr: bright colours, arcade game-style animation, and graphics echoing the 1960s version of Batman. Don McGlashan supplies the inventive soundtrack. The cast includes Phillip Gordon, and cameos by ex Prime Minister Robert Muldoon and Billy T James (who also sings the catchy theme song).
