A rare Kiwi contribution to the genre of small screen mindbenders (Black Mirror, 1960s classic The Prisoner), This is Not My Life follows a man with no idea who he is. Told he lost his memory in an accident, Alec (Charles Mesure) tries to uncover the truth. Alec's life includes Tandi Wright (as his wife), Miriama McDowell (love interest Jessica), and Tania Nolan (a chilling doctor). Rob Sarkies and Peter Salmon directed the ambitious 13-episode thriller. Nominated for seven NZ Film and TV Awards, it won three, including Best Drama Programme.
