I really enjoyed the movie. I thought it told us a lot about the different cultures in New Zealand and how they interacted, and I like how they showed both sides of the story with the New Zealand-born Asians and kiwis. Emily the New Zealand-born Asian had to chose between breaking her ways and going for the Kiwi guy she loves or staying with her family. Which will she chose?

I think this movie is a great thing to watch because it opens up your mind to the things going on with cultural interaction in this world and it shows you how strong different religions and cultures are compared to one another

My wedding and other secrets shows how two cultures interact together. Along the way there a problems that involve beliefs and values. James finds it hard to accept Emilys strong opinion about meeting her parents, emily finds out about herself and who she really wants to be. During this movie i learnt that we all have beliefs and values we just need to learn to work together x

I thought it was a very interesting movie, but there were parts I didn't understand and parts that confused and frustrated me.
I thought the story line was understandable and extremely well done and it made me understand more about the worlds culture and how difficult it can be for different cultures to get along.

This movie was great to watch and it had a interesting story line.
It showed me that nothing can stand in the way of love and it doesn't matter which country you come from or what you look like love will always take over.

I think this movie was good. It showed two sides of different culture and showed that her relationship was real and she didn't want to give up on it and it was a good movie for a New Zealand made movie.

The cultural interaction in this movie shows how Emily is forced to chose between her family or James from new Zealand, I think it shows how even though Chinese people live in new Zealand they still keep their beliefs.

This is a great movie, and I like that the movie is set in New Zealand. The cultural interaction in the movie forces Emily to choose between her family and tradition, or kiwi guy James. My Wedding and other Secrets, shows us how cultures interact with each other.

I thought that the movie 'My Wedding and Other Secrets' had a really interesting storyline and I enjoyed watching it, it made me think in more detail about those sorts of situations and I now understand how different cultural relationships work. It was also really cool to see that it was filmed in New Zealand and I liked seeing the Auckland Sky Tower in the back round at times.
