[48Hours] is sort of a doorway for you to doing films . . . you get a little taste of it from 48Hours, you suddenly understand the joy that you get from creating something. Even if it’s not what some people might think is amazing, just the actual process of it you find rewarding. Because you only have two days to make the film, it’s a great leveller, anyone can catch up to people who are constantly in the studio making stuff.
