Dancing Cossacks - 1975 National Party

Commercial (Full Length) – 1975

The Soviet Union was the biggest communist country, that's the only reason for the dancing cossacks. The average person wouldn't recognize any other symbols of communism. If New Zealand had freedom of speech, I'm sure the commercial would have been much different. Maybe they would have even actually called the labour party commies?

It was funny to see the Dancing Cossacks. I don't know whether the Soviet Union had superannuation or other workers' benefits - being the workers' state you know.
