Lynda Topp's alter ego of classic Kiwi bloke, Ken Moller, presents this informative, gently satirical series that journeys around some of New Zealand's most spectacular hunting and fishing spots. In this central North Island-set episode, Ken goes catch and release fly fishing in Tongariro National Park; and another colourful personality, Lady Hunter (Emma Lange) goes sika stag shooting in the Kawekas. Lady Hunter is a crack shot, and brings back a stag for Ken to prepare his hearty venison casserole. This is the only TV series to highlight one of The Topp Twins solo. Lynda Topp also takes on director duties.
Of the nine different species of deer in New Zealand, sika are considered by many to be the most challenging to hunt. They're elusive, they're smart as all get out, and very wary.– Lady Hunter (Emma Lange), goes deer hunting, in the second clip
