I don't think this is the Avalon version. Th'Dudes did do this and Be Mine Tonight in Studio 8 but there were hanging elements in the set (which Dobbyn walked into and needed a bandaid for a cut on his nose). I suspect this clip was shot in Auckland. But I've been wrong before....
