The Deadly Ponies Gang

A career highlight as a filmmaker was organising a real life, graffitied horse to stand outside the NZ International Film Festival red carpet event. This was to promote the premiere of my film The Deadly Ponies Gang.

I felt sorry for them and I like weird ideas and they said they want to put a horse in the bar, so I thought 'sure, sounds good. The Deadly Ponies Gang is a brief, touching, and hugely entertaining film. I laughed more than I have at any film in months, and at the end the audience stood up and cheered.
