Dominic's script contained so many elements of K Rd that were familiar to my experience of the place. The inexplicably weird nights out, the vicious hangovers (complete with blackout memory), and the constant stream of interesting characters to bump into, whether you want to or not. I felt that we had a great opportunity to take a film grounded in reality and ramp it up to absurd comedic heights.
