The first series of You and Me was presented by Pauline Cooper (Previously Pauline Nitis) who was also a presenter on Play School. I believe she helped develop the concept for the show with Mary Philips.

This song is incredibly hilarious. Many parents would be pleased to have their little ones singing this lovely potty anthem at the supermarket, or other public places. So endearing.
