Anika Moa Unleashed - Series One

Episode One - Paula Bennett
Anika Moa spends a day with National deputy leader Paula Bennett. Invading her Waitakere home, Moa interrogates Bennett about leadership, loss, gastric bypass surgery, and her wayward youth. Bennett gives Moa a full westie makeover and smashes out karaoke.

Episode Two - Martin Henderson
Anika Moa spends the day with Shortland Street and Grey's Anatomy star, Martin Henderson. Henderson invites Moa into his Piha bach, where they discuss Martin's career, from playing Stuart Neilson to the new McDreamy. Henderson shows off his acting and culinary skills as Moa challenges him to an accent game and a scene reenactment.

Episode Three - Casketeers Francis and Kaiora Tipene
Anika Moa spends the day with Francis and Kaiora Tipene, the stars of the hit TVNZ show The Casketeers. The Tipenes show Moa around the Tipene Funerals funeral home in Auckland, and discuss how The Casketeers has impacted their personal and business lives.

Episode Four - Sam Neill
Anika Moa spends the day with legendary Kiwi actor Sam Neill. He takes Moa on a tour of his Southland home and introduces her to his pet pig named Taika. Sam has trouble answering some of Moa's outrageous questions in an interview covering everything from Donald Trump, knighthood, drinking urine, dry humping, and Sam's potty mouth.

Episode Five - Clarke Gayford
Anika Moa visits the home of Clarke Gayford and talks sex, bullying, fishing, and of course, politics. Gayford gets fathering advice from both Moa and YouTuber Jordan 'How to Dad' Watson. Together, Moa and Watson school him on how to master supermarket shopping with a baby and dad-banter with the blokes.

Episode Six - Bachelors Art Green and Matilda Rice
Anika Moa spends the day with Bachelor NZ stars Art Green and Matilda Rice. Invading their East Auckland home, Moa asks the engaged couple about sex toys, eating burgers with no bun, blackface, pet names, and getting old and fat. She takes the couple in a time machine, and together they travel back to one million years BC; the paleo caveman days.

Episode Seven - Helen Clark
Anika treks across the Wainamu sand dunes of West Auckland with former NZ Prime Minister and influential leader Helen Clark. Moa has some fun with Clark by prank calling Jacinda Ardern using her Helen Clark impersonation—all in front of Helen. Pitching up at a luxury safari tent site, the pair have an intimate conversation about Clark's success, failures, the secrets of marriage, and what's left unticked on her bucket list.

Episode Eight - Jackie van Beek and Madeleine Sami
Anika Moa sits down with the director/stars of the film The Breaker Upperers. Jackie van Beek and Madeleine Sami discuss the movie's success, who came up with the idea, the star-studded cast, and the on-screen chemistry between the pair.

Episode Nine - Parliament: Part One
Anika Moa travels to Wellington, where she is unleashed on Parliament's buildings. Moa invades the offices of Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters, offering tea and banter. She provides a behind-the-scenes look at Parliament House and The Beehive.

Episode Ten - Parliament: Part Two
Anika Moa's time at Parliament continues. Even Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern can't escape from a round of Moa's quick-fire questions. Veteran political journalist Barry Soper throws Moa in with the journalists outside the House, and Moa steals a kiss from National Party leader Simon Bridges.

Episode Eleven - Karena and Kasey Bird
Anika spends the day with former MasterChef winners Karena and Kasey Bird. Invading their Maketu home, Moa interrogates the sisters about reality TV and what they won't eat, then challenges them to a blind taste test. Karena and Kasey show off their cooking skills by preparing a full East Coast pipi BBQ.

Episode Twelve - Tame and Toi Iti
Anika Moa heads into Tūhoe country to meet political activist Tame Iti and his son, television personality Toi Iti. Moa sits down with the father and son to talk political activism and family life. Toi gives Moa a taste of the Tūhoe community before they finish with a shared meal.

Episode Thirteen - Valerie Adams
Anika Moa spends a day with shot put gold medallist Dame Valerie Adams. Invading her Auckland home, Moa has an intimate conversation with Adams about her successes and challenges. Moa then challenges Adams to a training session for champions, with a face-off in basketball, shot put, and arm wrestling.

Episode Fourteen - The Topp Twins
Anika Moa heads north to meet beloved singing and comedy duo The Topp Twins. Moa sits down with new Dames Jools and Lynda to talk music, family life, and political activism. The twins offer a taste of life on the farm, and there's time for a song.
